Typically produced by licensed engineer, architect, landscape architect or land surveyor

Use Inkscape:
Use OSE's Site Plan Inkscape Icons template for generating site plans. These include trees, ponds, shrubs, plants, homes, roads, boundaries, utility poles, gas lines, architecture-style text, styling, title block, textures, etc.
Overlay on any digital image of the site, or survey, to get property boundaries at proper scale.
