- Do not send files as attachments, but live google docs
- Do not use .docx or .xlsx - but just native format
- Invented in 2006 - a historical date for human collaborative history. The last before that was 2000 - wikis. Before that - 91s - linux and the internet. And 1983, GNU project. [1]
- Do we want to make a "Central Library" (central as in organized, still can have anyone contribute!) with regular backups (with the whole "3 site storage standard" or a secure service) for all these documents? (User:Eric)
