Time For Kit Prep
- 4 sets of frames, axes, and heat beds - cut, welded, ground, but not painted - in 3:30 hours for 4 kits.
- Kit prep - controller test, part picking, all other cutting, packing, boxing, labeling - 3:45 for 1 kit
- Learnings - kit prep included making plug wires. All else can be streamlined significantly if all parts are laid out on a long, linear shelf so visually, I don't work from a part sheet - but all part requirements are numbered by each box.
