- There are internet, electrical, water, sewer, and gas costs.
- There is the cost of taxes
- Road maintenance
- Site maintenance, mowing, building maintenance
- Operations - materials for prototyping
- Facility improvements - landscaping, planting, agriculture infrastructure, new buildings, terraforming, renewable energy, utility wire and pipe
- Staff
