Problem Statement

Gluing rubber, such as EPDM.

DAP 234 is essentially toluene, hexane, acetone with some dissolved rubber.
Dissolved rubber is polychlorinated rubber, the thing of rubber paint [3]
What is solvent of rubber paint? Toluene and xylene - [4]
Dissolved rubber - LionGuard [5] - for EPDM it's dissolved neoprene, in aromatics and ketone? Yes, same as DAP 123 (aromatics + acetone ketone).

Structural acrylic glues work - Permabond TA4605 and Permabond TA4610 structural acrylic adhesives - [6]
