This is not adaptive. Worry is ok for 'real event worry' (specific triggers) but not for 'hypothetical worry' (habitual worry without specific triggers)

This is not adaptive. Worry is ok for 'real event worry' (specific triggers) but not for 'hypothetical worry' (habitual worry without specific triggers)
