Important topic for continuation of problem statement: creating open source blueprints for civilization. Retention is low at Google, something measured on the scale of months. We need 10-100x this, or decades.
Retention defined as? Working on open source blueprints for civilization. That means the discipline of coordinated hardware-producing (as in Maslow’s Pyramid bottom layers) because in the order of things, we have not achieved it.
