Framing for OSE education, which focuses on collaborative democracy. Note democracy hasn't solved for mob rule, in that one vote goes to a person regardless of their wisdom level. That smart or rich people can influence or buy votes does not solve this fully.

The only solution is maximizing civilization design for teaching survival, esteem, wisdom, and humility to open up possibility.
