Basics
- This page aims to discuss a “parts cleaning station” that combines multiple methods:
- Heated Part Washer (Using a Solvent (such as Kerosene ) and/or Degreaser )
- Slurry Blasting (Also known as Wet Blasting , Dustless Blasting , Vapor Blasting or Vapor Honing )
- Pressurized Air (For Drying)
- This is all in one Blasting Cabinet type enclosure
- All supporting equipment and tanks and such are also attached in an ergonomic manner
- The goal is basically dirty part goes in, completely clean and rust/Carbon Deposit free part comes out
