Characteristics:
- Desire for direct representation of the people. Except some people shouldn't count. Notion that fascism is direct democracy, but in a direct democracy everyone should count. Still does not address the fault of democracy, or mob rule, which has the seeds of its own destruction.
- Divine right - as opposed to responsibility. Certainly a popular theme.
