Practical Sublimation

Sublimation is the transfer of phenomena from the realm of troublesome and draining to positive and inspiring. A metaphor for this would be transferring various events/occurrences/conditions from shit to glory. While holding the possible of reverse transfer in mind at the same time. It's a dynamic game of purifying experience towards growth as opposed to death.
