I already have house build skills, and therefore am not interested in the build training but I want to make money as soon as possible. How do we structure the program for me?

Excellent! We are looking for skilled builders. You can take our competency exam for Seed Eco-Home build skills across 20 Trades, which are all necessary to succeed with us as an integrated builder. If you are interested in producing integrated modules for us, we encourage the Future Builders Enterprise Track. Building modules would require that would require only about 10-18 of the trades. You can test on these skills as well if you would like to advance at a higher rate. You effectively set your own pace of learning by taking competency exams, with the Rapid Learning Facility available for practice when school is in session. Based on your individual needs and status, you can attain proficiency towards the Future Builders Enterprise Track at any pace that you like - and it can be from 3 months to 2 years depending on your skill set and ability to learn, and your interest in integrating with the greater mission of civilization systems engineering. But rest assured - there is no free lunch - the program is rigorous and you will be held to a high standard.

Do you have hybrid programs where i can study and work?

The first 3 months is a survey program, where you are learning how to build. You can trasition into the Future Builders Enterprise Track to start earning at any time after the 3 month survey. You can parnter with OSE as soon as you have the required skills to build out all the modules of the Seed Eco-Home.

All the modules?

Yes, you need to become an integrated builder. Our business model relies on producing house kits and turnkey builds. To build these, we need to have a full set of modules for a given house model. Each potential partner must be able to produce a complete kit of parts. Further, understanding the whole house build process enables each potential partner to execute at a higher level of integration and thus at improved build speed and higher quality.

Are you hiring builders?

We are hiring integrated builders - people who can execute every step of the build process. If you are a builder but not an integrated builder, then we can train you in build and construction management roles.

I'm into R&D. This sounds like a dream program for me. Do you have an R&D Track?

We have an R&D&P track - P is productization. Since we are trying to solve the Fermi Paradox, we are structuring our education around Integrated Human skill sets. A big part of that is Productive Sovereignty - which requires production, not only R&D. Integrating the P skill set into R&D is critical for increasing quality and adhering to principles of Civilization Systems Engineering.
