The role of the Technical Review Team is to assess [[GVCS Bid Proposal]]s for validity and feasibility. Acceptance of a bid proposal means that a performance contract will be signed between the OSE organization and the bidder.

The technical review team should be a diverse body of people experienced in project management, prototyping, engineering design, and other areas surrounding product development. Subject matter expertise in the topic of the bid proposal is desired.
The present strategy is to recruit subject matter experts through Marcin's [[TED Fellows]] position. The [[Subject Matter Experts]] sought are:
