OSE Certified
OSE Certified SMEs are subject matter expert ratings for relevance to OSE work by virtue of the SME's:
- Willingness to share information - do they value sharing, or do they have various constraints for sharing freely
- Willingness to learn new things - are they curious more than they are certain?
- High humility and self esteem - does the person say that you can learn this easily, or do they say that it is hard?
- Vested interest in OSE work - do they have a stake in our work, or are they just doing OSE a favor
- Knowledge and skills - comprehensive and integrated knowledge is more important than deep knowledge
- Resourcefulness in finding other SMEs or resources - tehy are well-networked and aware of other efforts
