- New Theme and Content for OSE Europe and Germany page
- OSE Video - Script almost done; coordination with Jan, Sasha and Helen; contacted TZM on all continents.
- OSEE Camp - preparation talk
- OSE Germany - networking Apollo NG and others
Blockages:
- need people to help with the German OSE Community development and Wind Turbine project as I am focusing on the OSE Video.
TODO:
- Release the OSE Video till March 9.
- On the weekend:
  - Update the OSEE and Germany website and Wiki
  - Germany - work the Community and VAWT project.

OSE Germany
- created website for OSE Germany: http://osede.org/
- connected with some people
- visited Leipzig, but still there is more potential to get to know people there.
- Roadmap updated.
- preparing files to be printed
OSE Europe
- talks on Governance, on 18. Jan we have a meeting on that
- communicating with OSE Italy
OSE
- Initial talk with BEST on potential collaboration. Received from them more information - to be processed.
GVCS Fundraising
- short talk with Aaron

Called for OSE Community in Germany
- Connected with Berlin, TZM and Hackerspaces.
Created Google Form for the Team Culturing

- Working on the Roadmap.
