Suggested standards of transparency for Factor e Farm and other developers are:
Reporting
- Daily smartphone vlog - 2 minutes - 1 minute to record, 1 minute to upload
- Daily filling of tasks is Flashy XM Status Log - [1] - 1-3 times daily
- Biweekly blog post updates
- Daily updating of tasks at Flashy XM Task Board
- Continuous logging of work product at Flashy XM Control Panel
- Daily updating of tasks on Flashy XM personal Gantt chart
- Monthly planning and review updates - 15 minutes each per month
Tool Infrastructure
- All tools and machines in daily use at FeF should be documented to facilitate future replication:
- Map of tool storage/repositories
- Picture of tool
- Description of tool
- Instructional on tool
- Authorized user list for that tool
From the project management perspective, the above would allow a Manager, Documenter, Reviewer, Strategist, Business Planner, Funder, Flash Mob organizer, or any other organizational support person to assist in a project. Without such transparency, we are back to 20th century Autistic Development.
