A locked filing cabinet is intended to keep all confidential records. This cabinet shall include:
- Contracts for all hires and liability release waivers
- Other sensitive contracts and negotiations
- Accounts and passwords list
- Bank account records and statements
An unlocked part of the cabinet shall include:
- Liability release waivers, filled and forms
- Receipts of items purchased
