Offer Letter to ___________ for a Dedicated Project Visit
Thank you for your interest in Open Source Ecology. We are pleased to make you an offer for a Dedicated Project Visit from from 1 - 22 December 2013 that will focus on the re-design and fabrication of the Backhoe and FeF infrastructure improvements. Open Source Ecology agrees to reimburse for transportation costs at a rate of 14 cents per mile from Aurora, Indiana to Maysville, Missouri. In addition, OSE agrees to provide a food stipend of $35/week. The opportunity to extend the DPV beyond 22 December 2013, pending the outcome of administrative reviews of insurance and liability protocols.

This includes, but is not limited to: 3D design/modeling, review of design, engineering analysis, materials inventory, creation of work instructions, product fabrication, testing, and documentation. In addition, during this time, OSE is planning basic infrastructure improvements, and may request help in this regard. Additional responsibilities, to include workshop and Hab Lab maintenance and sustainment, are outlined in the FeF Community Standards, which can be found at:
