Steps
- Identify all static (prior to powered operation) checkpoints and failure modes
- List all the verification points for addressing these failure modes.
- Do the same as above for all steps once machine is powered on.
- Break the above into diagnostic procedures, data to be collected, etc., using a spreadsheet. Use this Setup and Operation Checklist Template - make a copy and fill it in.
- Power the machine up.
