Different Ways to do It

  • Concept 1 - 3D print a lightweight skeleton, and then cover or wind with ribbon or gun roving
  • Concept 2- print in plastic, then embed hot fiberglass or steel strand into the printed material, kept at right above it's glass transition temperature in a heated chamber.
