Basics
- A type of mental health related event
- Can be a one time only thing, or chronic
- Is usually sudden and unprevoked (Panic Attack) or can be brought on by anxiety from the situation preceding it (Anxiety Attack)
- Usually includes a mix of: Palpitations, Sweating, Shaking, Shortness of breath, Sumbness, or a feeling that something bad is going to happen, Being Very Tense, Overheating (In a non medical sense ie very uncomfortably warm)
- Symptoms last for about 30 minutes but the duration can vary from seconds to hours
- There may be a fear of losing control or chest pain

- Key is knowing You will be Okay and It will end eventually
