Clear thinking is important to human health. Panic attacks are when a person cannot escape a negative thought pattern that drags them into despair.

*A type of mental health related event
*Can be a one time only thing, or chronic
*Is usually sudden and unprevoked (Panic Attack) or can be brought on by anxiety from the situation preceding it (Anxiety Attack)
*Usually includes a mix of:  Palpitations, Sweating, Shaking, Shortness of breath, Sumbness, or a feeling that something bad is going to happen, Being Very Tense, Overheating (In a non medical sense ie very uncomfortably warm)
*Symptoms last for about 30 minutes but the duration can vary from seconds to hours
*There may be a fear of losing control or chest pain

Basics
