Basics

  • An Open Source Software and Hardware Project making a Irrigation Controller
  • Largely aimed at Irrigation Sprinkler Systems in Lawns , although could be used for Drip Irrigation lines etc
  • Allows for IOT use, although can be used as a "dumb" controller as well
  • It can be build fully DIY with a Raspberry Pi and some other OTS Electronic Components, or a Premade module can be purchased
  • The Pipes/Valves/Pumps and all that + Wires to them are still needed if using this in new construction
