*What if land that is dedicated as a [[Universal Basic Asset]] is held by a public-interest trust with [[Land Stewardship Governance]] to promote regenerative use? If land can be held out of the speculative market, that is a simple solution. One instance is: buy up a boatload of land, and charge affordable rent, and provide education and enterprise support such that the affordable rent is part of a long-term sustainable business model. The idea is - snap up land to treat it as a common good, with strong ownership agency displayed by the stewarding trust.
