Basics

- Goal is Zero Deaths from Hypothermia or Carbon Monoxide Poisoning
Consists Of
- Open Source Warming Center
- Also Warming Center Policy / Housing First Policy to a lesser extent
- A Sort of Kit to Pass Out to Anyone You See Out in the Cold:
- Mylar Blanket
- Or better yet, if available Biodegradable Metallized Plastic Film based Emergency Blanket
- Better yet, if networked with a local knitting/quilting club etc, a PROPER blanket and/or something like Sheltersuit etc
