The organizing principle for the CSK is to organize video instructionals for fabricating GVCS tools - so complete, so clear, that a single burned DVD is effectively a Civilization Starter Kit. The A-Z Instructional should include many items. The A-Z Instructional may be viewed well on the wiki, and it should include a Make Projects display. Once the A-Z instructional is complete, a professional draftsperson can distill the instructional into a set of professional fabrication drawings - which may be taken to a local custom fabricator to be made into the real object.
Note that Fabrication Drawings are more than part drawings. These also include welds and how to assemble the parts in a sequential order. See Sample Fabrication Drawing
