A locked filing cabinet is intended to keep all confidential records. This cabinet shall include:
- Contracts for all hires and liability release waivers
- Other sensitive contracts, negotiations, and bids
- Accounts and User Privileges list
- Banking records
- Printed copies of guidelines (as necessary)
- Incorporation documents and other legal documents
An unlocked part of the cabinet shall include:
- Signed Liability release waivers
- Blank Liability Release Waivers for visitors
- Receipts of items purchased
