Average family in the USA is 2.5, so if this average family wants to flush an added $275 per year down the toilet - they are welcome to do so. I would rather keep 3 crisp Benjamin Franklins in my wallet, not to mention lower taxes if the sewer utility needs to process 25-30% less water if everyone believed this. Reviews on Home Depot indicate that this is not a flush-and-brush toilet - one flush seems to work well.
