OSE is Building out the CNC Torch Table as a platform for CNC Torch Table, Router, and Laser. The Router
OSE has currently extended its product integration towards the CNC Table as a platform for 3 distinct toolheads: Plasma/Oxyacetylene Torch,, Router, and Laser.

Mechanical structure is in place. The mechanical structure is already built. Prototype 2 build integration for electronics/controls/toolhead is scheduled for April, 2013, with the Oxyacetylene torch and Plasma Cutter as the first 2 toolheads of interest. Steps needed include Steppernug open source stepper motor driver, Arduino stepper controller, z-height control, trigger, endstops, and CNC toolpath toolchain.

Current pathway towards electronics is twofold: (1) [[Gecko G540]] route with LinuxCNC, using FeF parallel port computer. (2) [[Steppernug]] - needs end stops height control. (3) [[Zach Hoeken]] stepper controller looks promising.
