  • 1/2C unsweetened almond milk $3/half gallon
  • 1 C wild blueberries
  • 1/2C cranberries?
  • 2T raw pumpkin seeds
  • Check.png2T chia seeds
  • Check.png2T hemp seeds
  • 2T raw almond butter
  • 1T coconut fat (oil)
  • 4 walnuts
  • 3 brazil nuts

Sourcing

  • 1/2C unsweetened almond milk $3/half gallon - 16 half cups - 19 cents
  • Dried blueberries - 40 oz $24 - [1]
  • This appears to be much more cost effective than 3 lb frozen blueberries for $10, since dried blueberries are 6x less weight.
