OSE Ranks to becoming a Black Belt Dev Ninja

OSE borrows the color coded ranking system of Karate Belts outlined as follows. The criteria for advancement under development, but see proposal, which incorporates badges, numbers of cycles contributed, workshops attended, and special achievements. Ranks are as follows:

1. White Belt: Pass FreeCAD Test and remain and Developer in Good Standing during first development cycle.
2. Yellow Belt
3. Orange Belt
4. Green Belt
5. Blue Belt
6. Purple Belt
7. Brown Belt
8. Red Belt
9. Black Belt
