Basics

Zesty Italian Dressing
Makes 2 cups.
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp thyme or parsley
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp sea salt (fine)
- 1.5 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 7-8 garlic cloves (1/2 large, 1/2 small)
- 2 tsp basil
