D3D Universal has 3 belt lengths. One is longer for the bed axis, which has 14" rods.
The formula for D3D belts is 2x+5, where x is the length of axis from end of motor piece to end of idler piece.
Lengths of rods:
- X=12"
- Y=14"
- Z=12"
Axis end-to-end distance:
- X=12"
- Y=14.5"
- Z=12"
End to end distance is 14.5 and 12".
Belt lengths are:
#X - 2*12+5=29" #Y - 2*14.5+5=34" #Z - 2*12+5=29
Total is 92" or 7'8"
