Industry Standards

  • P2 pier specifications -
  • According to [1] - 11,000 lb max compression.
  • The P2 pile is an industry standard for residential construction, compressive strength limit of 9600 lb - P2.png. It is merely standard 2" galvanized pipe.

  • Note the wall thickness can be 0.154 or 0.19
  • Standard 2" pipe in Pipe Chart is 0,154"
  • According to [3] P2 is for 1-story residential, and P3 is for 2-story.
