Design
General design: masses fund it, masses participate in numerous tasks to which they are educated to collaborate upon, and peak performers are paid to help attract the masses, and $150k proto budget ($75/person) is disbursed in the 3 days, not before or after to keep the intensity up. Main roles are architecture, design, prototype, document. Documentation is the masses - enabled by collaborative literacy. Architecture is the heavyweight modular product management. Design is the SMEs, and prototype is the reification
