Shortcomings - no thru-hole for external battery so had to drill usb connector hole
USB power is USB Mini
10Ahr 5v battery bank lasts all day, mounted on helmet to cam. Convenient charging through USB on desktop. Desktop USB stays on when desktop is turned off
