An ethical agent is a person or organization that centers around ethical values of love, peace, freedom, sharing, happiness, integrity, authenticity, and other principles of being a general-purpose nice guy.
In the OSE framework, we emphasize open source - as it implies sharing (by definition;, freedom (4 Freedoms), liberty, peace (by termination of resource conflict), abundance (by Authentic Sharing, and love (we are all in it together - collaboration).
