16. Gutter hanger
17. Garage door installer
18. Driveway installer - we like pervious pavement
19. Landscaping

Then after one can do all of the above, they qualify for

1. Build Manager
2. Developer

After doing all of the above, an OSE-spec builder can then move on to design.
