Largely instigated by Marxists in the 19th century, used for political ends in communist propaganda, and now resurfacing since the 2006 [[Democratic Decline]] of striving democracies - this remains one of the key unsolved issues of the day - along with [[Distribution of Wealth]]. This issue is related to [[War]], in that resource conflicts sometimes go together with religious and class difference. The proposed solution to all these issues is an [[Abundance Mindset]]. The scarce resource in the case of class warfare is still material wealth.
