These are the people required for every project.
These are the roles required for every module in a project. One person may take on more than one role. One person may take on more than one module, up to a complete build. Scrum Master/Project Manager ensures execution of all role duties.

  2. CAD draftsperson - produces CAD
  3. CAD draftsperson 2 - produces fabrication drawings
  4. Fabricator/Prototyper - does the build
  5. Video Support - takes video of build
  6. Video Editor - produces instructional videos
  7. Technical Review Team - reviews technical design on pure technical merit
  8. Strategic Review Team - reviews product for budget and strategic deployment issues
  9. Extreme Manufacturing Review - reviews leanness (simplicity, parts choice, design-for-fabrication) and modularity of design to optimize performance to cost ratio
