Introduction
To facilitate communication about the RCCS, it is useful to define a set of icons to communicate the components of the RCCS. The point of this is to address that:
- The RCCS is a well-bounded set of items
- Communication about the development of the RCCS, or a new meme for the development of civilization, is a complex topic, and should be simplified. One way to achieve this is via iconography.
- Explainer Videos can be composed using these icons
- Main icon categories can be created: OSA, RepLab, others
- If documented in open document format, these can be utilized by any collaborator worldwide
- Creative use of these icons can lead to lucic explanations of product ecologies, concepts, strategic deployment plans, design of specific RCCS implementation, long-term planning, funding, and publicity, among other purposes
