This page shows the strategy for handling correspondence within the organization.
The following variables may be used in any of the emails.

The following variables may be used in any of the emails.

Variable Description
[username] Username of the recipient.
[firstname] First name of the recipient.
[lastname] Last name of the recipient.
[name] Combination of [firstname] [lastname].
[email] Email of the recipient.
[position] Name of the main position (or completed position) currently held by the user, for example: "OSE Developer" or "HR Generalist".
[last-log-date] Date of the last time this user recorded a log.
[1-week-hours-total] Total hours recorded over previous 7 days. The number is configurable, for example [4-week-hours-total] will produce total over last 28 days.
