http://strategiccoach.com talks a lot about your unique ability activities:

  • The activities that you love to do and do best that produce greater results with less time and effort, and maximize your satisfaction, energy, and motivation.

The claim is that one must find their unique ability and spend a maximum of time in their business doing that activity. As opposed to other activities:

  • Excellent activities - the activities for which you have superior skill, a great reputation, and a sense of teamwork - but no passion.
  • Competent activities - the activities at which you are merely adequate, reaching only minimum standards.
  • Incompetent activities - the activities where you experience failure and stress because you don't have the required skill.
