It looks like there are a lot of different ingredient. I mostly do it simple:
+ Water
+ Bananas
+ Apples or pears
+ (optimaly) Frozen blue berries
+ Grounded flax seeds
+ (otionaly) Lemon Juice as preservative
and the nuts I eat separately :).
There are also a lot of interesting stuff on https://nutritionfacts.org. He bases his suggestions on scientific studies.

Just on a kind of related note, there is this site https://www.completefoods.co/ it used to be called "DIY Soylent". Before Soylent became a closed source company, it was just the founder tinkering on this site (I think soylent v1.0 may be published on this site). It may be worth a look.
