Basics
- Often reffered to as "Gortex"
- PTFE that has been stretched and heat set in the stretched state
- Has around 1.4 billion pores per square centimeter
- Used in high quality rain/harsh weather gear (it is "breathable to moisture/heat from human sweat, but waterproof to rain
