Basics
- A solid, mostly carbon, material resulting from the processing of Crude Oil
- Called "Coking" (delyaed coking?)
- Often called PetCoke
- NOT RENEWABLE
Health Hazards
- It is a major Pollutant due to [[Heavy Metal )? content, mainly vanadium
- Granted this is due to the Oil/Tar Sands it is currently made from?
- It also was stored in open piles...near houses...for...increased profit
- This caused it to form Atmospheric Particulate Matter
