Create a spreadsheet and map of global sourcing locations for parts. The goal is creating a culture of transparent pricing information to facilitate replication.
One implementation is a Google Form that feeds into a spreadsheet, and a map is created from the spreadsheet - location is one of the fields on the map.
Important information is not only the source - but also a quote for the cost.
