Notes

Build notes: 42-5/8" and 35-5/8" are the actual lengths of horizontal trim
v 09:12, 22 June 2021 is for assemblies.
Start of window based on single exterior door with 2x12 header.
Catarina had door retrofittability at 39", but since door rough-in needs to be 38.25, this would not work. Thus, 39" framing was eliminated and door retrofit can be done by moving window jack studs outwards slightly.
Build note: jack studs must be toenailed at top for easy removal if turning this into a door - otherwise screws must be cut off. Rest is ok, as it can be removed without cutting screws.
