An Incentive Challenge but focusing on buying attention from top talent - whether via direct payment or setup of compelling Collaboration Architecture.
A clear methodology is developed for the Topgraded Challenge - where access to resources is not a question. We simply say - these are the resources needed - here's how we accomplish the goal. Say $1M for a challenge at a pop, over say 6 months.
