This same article shows utility-scale targets of 2 cents/kWhr, and residential scale solar targets at  5 cents/kWhr. This implies a 150% markup by power companies. This is almost as bad as the 200% markup in home construction between the subcontractors and contractors - see [[Cost Comparison of the Seed Eco-Home]]
