Start with bottom cylinder.
- [1] Cut 1/2"X6"x12" plate
- [2] Cut 1/2"x4"x6" plate
- Mag drill or punch [4] 3/4" holes in 6"x12" plate
- Mag drill or punch [2] 1" pin holes on each 4"x6" plate
- Weld 1" drilled out nut onto 4"x6" plates
- Tack [2] plates about 3.5" apart for cylinder mounting
- Weld assembly together with cylinder pin in place (prevents shifting)
- Lay assembly in place on frame, and pin bottom of main cylinder into it
- Pin top of main cylinder into the arm attachment plates
- Pin bottom of secondary cylinder to the arm attachment plates
- Pin top of secondary cylinder to the QA Plate mounts
- Drill cylinder mount plate holes in loader arms
- Mount cylinder plates (2 per arm)
- With loader arms in place, arrange bottom and top mounts, drill holes
- Attach main cylinder to arms
- With main cylinder attached, finetune location of bottom cylinder mount for equal extension of cylinders
- Drill bottom mount locations
- Bolt bottom mounts
